Every child deserves to be seen.
SEEN Trace keeps every investigator trained, verified, and authorized before they enter the field — and keeps a complete, auditable record of that readiness.
Accounts are provisioned by personnel administration. Sign in or request access to be reviewed for authorization.
Before a field dispatch
- M-01 and M-02 verified
- Awareness and de-escalation units, confirmed complete by an authorized reviewer.
- Current 90-day cycle
- Renewal training on schedule, with no overdue requirement outstanding.
- Authorization on record
- Screening approved, password renewal current, and dispatch authorization granted by an authorized approver.
If any requirement is unmet, dispatch stays blocked — enforced on the server, not in the interface.
Mandatory field-dispatch requirements
Training completion, review, and authorization are three separate things.

Field-dispatch gate
M-01 verified
Situational awareness and conflict avoidance, confirmed by an authorized reviewer.
M-02 verified
De-escalation and verbal communication, confirmed by an authorized reviewer.
Review and authorization
Screening, training cycle, renewal status, and supervisor or founder approval.
Completing M-01 and M-02 establishes eligibility for review. It never grants dispatch authority on its own, and no training status can override the authorization system.
Personnel system
Training and verification
Each investigator holds an individual training record. Completion is submitted, then verified by an authorized reviewer — never self-approved.
Personnel identification
Every approved member carries a unique SEEN Trace identifier. Renewals issue a new identifier while prior identity stays in restricted history.
90-day training cycles
Explicit cycle records with start, deadline, and completion dates. Deadlines are never silently extended, and history is never overwritten.
Password renewal
Scheduled renewal each cycle for personnel, with overdue renewal restricting protected functions until the credential is renewed.
Least privilege
Sixteen independent permissions. Personnel administration, verification, and dispatch authorization are granted separately and revocably.
Founder authority
Only the verified founder account may grant administrative authority or authorize dispatch, and every privilege change is audit logged.
SEEN Trace Castle Defense
Nine layers between an unauthorized request and the vault.
Outer Entrance
Secure login, logout, password recovery, and authenticated entry points.
Identity Verification Chamber
Authenticated identity, session validation, and account status.
Role and Authorization Gates
Server-enforced roles, qualifications, training prerequisites, and assignment authorization.
Internal Checkpoints
Server-side validation, input validation, and database access controls.
Classified Corridors
Restricted personnel records, training history, and assessment files.
Inner Labyrinth
Account status, training cycle, qualifications, and resource-access checks.
Final Vault Door
Privileged operations: approvals, personnel ID issuance, permission and dispatch changes.
Central Treasure Vault
Protected personnel, training, assessment, and audit records.
Security Monitoring and Recovery
Security event monitoring, notification failure handling, and incident review.
No layer relies on the interface alone. Permissions, qualifications, and training prerequisites are checked in trusted server logic before any restricted action completes.
